BehaviorCare Therapy is a leading provider of home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to support children, infants, and their families in Arizona. 


Position Summary: 

Step into a leadership role where you can make a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients. 


You will work closely with families and children, using ABA principles and data-driven strategies to foster growth and development. In this role, you will also mentor and train therapists, collaborate with clinical supervisors, and be part of a supportive team that values your expertise as a BCBA.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases 
  • Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis 
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on ABA methodologies 
  • Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis 
  • Analyze ABA data to implement program adjustments 
  • Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised 
  • Regularly communicate with parents and collaborate on ABA strategies 
  • Coordinate with Program Managers to maintain quality outcomes for cases 
  • Provide parent and staff training in ABA techniques 
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail 


Requirements:
  • BCBA certification given by the BACB
  • Arizona State License 
  • Experience with working with children with autism
