Our Client & GTM Enablement team plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients and internal teams are educated, engaged, and equipped to maximize the impact of our solutions.

The GTM Enablement Specialist role is designed to support our enablement initiatives and maximize the productivity and efficiency of our GTM  teams. This individual will oversee multiple enablement programs and guide team members and stakeholders through the execution of initiatives. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, communication skills, leadership skills and a proactive approach to driving productivity improvements.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with enablement advisors and managers to strategize, implement, and monitor enablement programs and initiatives collaboratively
  • Facilitate the communication of goals, expectations and vision with our GTM Enablement, GTM Operations, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Own our centralized repository of enablement resources, ensuring easy access for team members
  • Develop and formalize best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines to enhance consistency and scalability across enablement activities
  • Maintain and optimize sales demo environments, ensuring they are visually appealing and function seamlessly. In addition, provision and deprovision user access to sales demo environments
  • Work closely with enablement leadership to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing productivity
  • Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and resources as needed
  • Ability to build key relationships and collaborations that extend beyond the immediate team to include Client Success, Sales, Marketing, GTM Operations, Product, and Development

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3+ years of experience in training/enablement or a customer-facing role, preferably within the software or tech industry
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a corporate training or enablement role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong capacity for embracing change with curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other enablement platforms
