DevSecOps Engineer (Midvale, UT.)

Berkadia is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle and cloud environments.

Skills

Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
Knowledge of security concepts and best practices
Experience with security tools and technologies
Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations
Strong scripting and automation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with containerization technologies

Responsibilities

Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams
Design and maintain secure infrastructure and cloud environments using automation tools
Implement and configure security tools and technologies
Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews
Monitor system logs and alerts for security incidents
Develop and maintain documentation related to security and compliance
Provide guidance and support to development teams
Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Certifications in relevant areas
