Account Director, Arts & Culture Public Relations

BerlinRosen is looking for an Account Director to join their Arts & Culture team, responsible for creating strategies to drive media and consumer engagement in arts and culture events.

Skills

At least 6 years of experience in strategic communications in the arts and culture industry
Strong storytelling skills
Versatile writer with experience in informal and formal writing
Savvy and creative in media relations and pitching
Organized and able to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead development of large-scale communications strategies
Manage a team of junior staff on each account
Drive new story angles and media opportunities for clients
Contribute to business development and growth efforts
