As a Brand Manager for Bespoke Post House Brands, you will be pivotal in advancing customer engagement, brand growth, and product innovation to propel our brands forward. You'll manage a portfolio of our fast-growing brands like Ash & Fir (Home), Marcellin (Kitchen and Bar), and Wren (Outdoor Gear), while also supporting the overall brand management team with daily tasks for our apparel lines, Line of Trade and Fieldworth, as well as our travel brand, Halfday. Your responsibilities will include the collaborative development and execution of strategic assortment plans, working closely with planning and buying, overseeing sample management from SMS to studio, and executing key product launches.


As an essential team member, you will partner with the team to refine brand positioning and boost sales for the brands you support. You will operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy, smoothly coordinating with departments such as buying, design, product development, marketing, and creative teams. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills, empowering you to make informed decisions and effectively manage hands-on responsibilities.


You will:
  • Partnering with your manager, Buyers, and Product Development teams to design comprehensive assortment roadmaps that ensure our product lineup remains innovative and relevant.
  • Identifying and recommending new product opportunities through thoughtfully crafted business cases.
  • Conducting quality assurance for product descriptions, catalogs, emails, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy in naming, color, design, and pricing.
  • Collaborating extensively with the Product Development team to acquire costing, MOQ, and delivery information for dissemination to relevant departments.
  • Conducting in-depth research on market trends and customer preferences while monitoring competitive brands to uncover new market opportunities.
  • Assisting in the establishment of brand guidelines, ensuring products align with overarching brand strategies.
  • Supporting the team in setting financial objectives and executing sales plans in collaboration with the planning team.
  • Overseeing team spending budget management with precision.
  • Performing business analyses and identifying opportunities based on previous seasonal performance.
  • Facilitating each stage of Product Development from concept through launch, collaborating with internal teams including Product Development, Creative, Design, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Public Relations, and Operations.
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal concepts and manage line plans across various categories.
  • Assisting in the execution of product launches and marketing strategies across websites, editorials, emails, social media, and PR.
  • Working with the Creative team to ensure that the visual brand identity accurately reflects the intended positioning and remains consistent across all assets.
  • Managing SMS samples for wholesale, PR, photo shoots, and trade shows, ensuring they are well-organized and distributed efficiently.
  • Overseeing sample and product information distribution to buyers for photoshoots.
  • Exhibiting a positive attitude, self-motivation, and acute attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships across the organization with the ability to influence others.
  • Exhibiting strong skills in analysis, prioritization, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning.
  • Adopting an agile mindset and quickly adapting to changes.
  • Embracing a "no task is too small" approach.
  • Understanding domestic and overseas manufacturing processes and timelines.
  • Bringing experience with vertical retail models.
  • Working from our New York City office three days a week.


Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
  • Starting base salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year
