General Ledger Accounting Manager

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• BIG4 and Mid-Tier experience preferred
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Strong cost accounting and financial analysis skills
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead an accounting team of three accountants
• Review cash flows and treasury cash summaries
• Prepare budgets, KPI reports, and financial reports
• Review General Ledger and support month-end close process
• Review accounts reconciliation and financial records
• Assist operations department with finance tasks
• Develop internal controls for accounting processes
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments and accounting

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA or MBA preferred
