Skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
BIG4 and Mid-Tier experience preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
Strong cost accounting and financial analysis skills
Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks familiarity is a plus
Responsibilities
Manage and lead an accounting team of three accountants
Review cash flows and treasury cash summaries
Prepare budgets, KPI reports, and financial reports
Review General Ledger and support month-end close process
Review accounts reconciliation and financial records
Assist operations department with finance tasks
Develop internal controls for accounting processes
Serve as a liaison between internal departments and accounting
Education
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
CPA or MBA preferred
