By combining virtual and in-person counseling, community support, and access to life-saving medication, we help people move beyond addiction to find belonging, love, and purpose.

The role:

In this role, you will interact with BLP members, counselors, medical providers, and potentially community members within the local recovery community. You will facilitate the administration of group therapy meetings. You will ensure that daily virtual operations of the program are running smoothly and on time. Your important work will allow clients to receive quality care, wherever they are!


This is a hybrid position. Services are provided both in-person and remotely. Unless otherwise agreed upon all candidates must reside in-market. Our team provides services Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:30pm Eastern Standard Time. Shifts are 8 hours. Team members must be able to work at least 3 evening shifts per week with possible weekends in the future.


What you will do:
  • Demonstrating and communicating the core values of Better Life Partners
  • Reviewing relevant member information prior to each session’s start time and conveying it to the Counselor and Medical Provider
  • Greeting clients (virtually) and instructing them through their virtual meeting process
  • Teaming closely with Leadership and the Member Services Team to ensure that members receive important information and updates
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of meetings, or other virtual member encounters
  • Troubleshooting with members who struggle with the virtual platform
  • Working on other specially assigned operational projects throughout the organization
  • Willingness to  travel to in-person locations as needed

  • HS Diploma
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn, be flexible, and assist other teammates when necessary
  • Excellent time management and reliability
  • Exceptionally strong work ethic
  • Team player with an “all hands on deck” attitude, organized/able to multitask
  • Reliable internet and strong computer skills


It will also be great if you have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • A passion to work in a healthcare field1+ year(s) experience in MAT program
  • Willingness to work towards becoming Certified as a Recovery Support Worker


Work location requirements:
  • BLP operates in hybrid and remote work environments, which allows us to better meet our members and partners where they’re located. Candidates applying for this role must be willing and able to travel locally within the communities we serve and/or travel to onsite meetings as expected in coordination with their department and business needs.


When working from home, the requirements include:
  • Must have reliable internet service with a fast upload/download ability
  • Ability to ensure any protected health or proprietary data/information is not visible (or audible)  to others in any work location
  • Must have a quiet space to speak to members, team members, or external partners with minimal background noise and distractions


$20.22 - $25.16 an hour
The actual compensation offered within the range, along with title and level, will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, business requirements, and performance expectations. All full-time BLPeeps are also eligible for equity in the form of stock options to be invested in BLP’s growth and success!
