Corporate Development Associate

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Corporate Development team, supporting our inorganic efforts across all business lines globally. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, innovation, and the Employe Experience ecosystem. Support the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities and strategic initiatives, including opportunity assessment, business... case development, and leading due diligence processes. Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess company valuation and synergy opportunities. Source, research, and recommend potential M&A and strategic opportunities. Frame questions, analysis and meaningful and unbiased decision points for executives / stakeholders to make informed, efficient decisions.
