Responsibilities

Design innovative digital experiences that enable learning and sustainable behavior change.
Leverage a background in coaching or behavioral science to design end-to-end experiences.
Develop AI-powered digital learning experiences.
Consult with subject matter experts on content quality.
Measure and monitor efficacy and engagement of content.

Education

MA/MS preferred in psychology, IO psychology, UX design, or HCI.
5 years of experience in a similar role.
