Senior Talent Enablement Specialist

To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a Senior Talent Enablement Specialist to join our People & Culture team.

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with the Head of People and organizational managers to align departmental goals with the company’s objectives, creating frameworks for performance management and leadership development.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a reference point for employee-related matters, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers alongside the People Operations Team.

  • Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives to promote a culture of international excellence, enhance employee engagement, and morale. Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and propose action plans, prioritizing key improvement areas.

  • Learning & Development: Collaborate with the Head of People and managers to identify training needs and professional development opportunities. Support the design and implementation of talent development programs aligned with company objectives.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Work with the People & Culture team to ensure competitive and equitable Comp&Ben practices. Provide insights on market trends and help design reward strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Propose and drive DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive and diverse work environment. Lead programs and practices that support employee well-being and a sense of belonging.

  • HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, legally compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization.

  • Data & Analytics: Use People-KPIs and data analysis to generate insights, support informed decision-making, and measure the impact of People & Culture initiatives.

WHAT WE HOPE YOU BRING

  • A degree in psychology, economics, languages, literature, law, or a similar field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital sector companies.

  • Experience or a desire to join a rapidly evolving and scaling organization.

  • Business proficiency in English (C1+).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.

  • Expertise in using and implementing talent acquisition and HR management tools and technologies.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • A mindset that is both analytical and creative, with a solution-oriented approach.
