Who you Are

We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Campaign Strategist to develop and execute content strategies that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and support business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content creation, distribution, and optimization across multiple channels, including sales collateral, websites, social media, advertising, direct mail, and more.


What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for new content.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars and workflows to streamline content production with outside associations and partnerships.
  • Write, edit, and oversee the creation of high-quality content, ensuring it is engaging and accurate.
  • Use data analytics and customer insights to produce content that aligns with business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, content best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously innovate.
  • Manage content distribution across various channels, including web, email, social media, and advertising.
  • Ensure that content adheres to regulatory, legal, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and partners when necessary.


What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content optimization, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience analyzing data to identify trends and developing stories for content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media management tools and email marketing platforms is desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in creating content for B2B brands, specifically in the financial industry.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and how content impacts the user journey.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
