Video Team Project Manager

The Biden For President campaign is looking for a talented and exceptionally organized project manager to join the President’s video team, with a focus on overseeing daily operations for the video department. The role will report to the Deputy Creative Director for Video, and will be responsible for helping coordinate and schedule production and post-production teams. This candidate must have an excellent grasp on process, budgeting and organization and be able to guide numerous deliverables to completion amid shifting production and delivery schedules.

• Track numerous assets through production and post workflow processes to meet strict concurrent deadlines
• Work with freelancers and external vendors to communicate logistics and deliverables of video shoots
• Help teams with scheduling and budgeting
• Maintain documentation for all productions
• Other duties as needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong production management or project management background
• Ability to handle multiple projects under changing deadlines
• Familiarity with project management, team scheduling/communications software 
• A passion for politics and enthusiasm about working to reelect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris 
• Willingness to relocate to Wilmington, DE
