Responsibilities
- Lead a team of senior enterprise direct sales executives
- Set strategic direction including quotas and sales forecasting
- Build regional sales projects and reinforce processes in Salesforce
- Manage forecasting and performance of the sales team
- Conduct weekly reporting with the sales team
