What You’ll Do:

• Answer calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Inbound Sales - NO COLD CALLING!
• Provide excellent customer service
• Professionally handle complaints
• Secure payments
• Assist current and prospective tenants
• Assist with training and provide additional support for the Sales Resource Center
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

• Fast learner
• Computer savvy
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• 1 or more years of relevant experience - preferable in sales or call center
• Motivated team player with a positive attitude
