Billing Coordinator

Overview: IDEMIA, the global leader in Identity Technologies is looking for a hyrbid/remote Billing Coordinator based in Anaheim, CA to assist with our billing activities for our Pulic Security clients

Responsibilities:

  • Track receipt of necessary documentation from internal and external sources in order to issue customer billings on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that invoicing is supported by either a contractual arrangement, a purchase order, or both.
  • Review monthly billing with the Manager to ascertain that appropriate general ledger accounts are correctly applied on all billings.
  • Assist in Monitoring the orders mailbox, create required documentation for internal distribution and fulfillment.
  • Review change orders, work orders, and amendments for compliance and consistency with base contract.
  • Perform allocations and fulfillment of sales orders.
  • Assist with EOY Audits by providing necessary backup for orders, invoicing and revenue.
  • Promote continuous process improvement by assessing current processes, recommending and implementing new processes within the area of responsibility while taking advantage of new technology whenever possible.
  • Assist the Manager with timely submission of audit schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial audits.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an Associated Degree in Accounting, finance or Business Administration or three years of accounts receivables or billing experience.
  • Must be computer literate (Excel, Word, other Microsoft Office applications, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, D365 or other accounting software/ERP is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.85 - $33.65 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
