Billing Representative

We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented and organized Billing Representative who loves people and numbers.

In this role, you will be part of our Finance team, working with our customers all around the globe to help achieve our financial goals.

Responsibilities:

Execute Billing tasks, generate invoices, credit memos, receipts, in a timely manner.
Provide support to the customers in billing related queries like managing customer details and process requests for address changes, rate changes, account termination, account reactivation, etc.
Monitor fulfillment and billing status of open sales items.
Analyze customer’s account statements.
Manage account balances and resolve inconsistencies.
Ensure all data is set up properly in the billing system.
Actively seek ways to build and improve internal processes in order to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Work alongside the company back office units.

About You:

1+ years of overall experience with AR. (Experience in a SaaS company - an advantage).
Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Previous experience with Salesforce - an advantage.
Hands-on experience with ERP system (NetSuite - an advantage).
Proficiency with MS Office with intermediate skills in Excel.
