As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Being able to work under limited supervision, monitor and reconcile job tickets to field job data.
• Maintaining Oracle job data and prepare customer invoices efficiently and enter correctly into the software.
• Having the ability to verify information, maintain files, and assist in the preparation of reports.
• Coordinating accounting needs with other departments or locations.
• Handling multiple high-level accounts and is able to communicate with the customer.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma /GED
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, able to present to a range of audiences.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
• Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global environment.
• Have an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
• Be advanced in Microsoft Excel.
