Billing specialist
As a Billing specialist you will assist in all the Billing and collection related issues as a part of our growing Finance Team
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily and weekly billing related ongoing tasks.
- Provide support with customer and billing related queries.
- Prepare and send invoices and follow up with the customers.
- Process and track third party collections.
- Assist in billing adjustments to customers (special calculation and etc.).
- Process account terminations.
- Assist the finance team with any other functions where required.
Requirements:
o BA in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent that demonstrates quantitative and analytical orientation.
o Responsible and organized.
o High attention to details.
o Well organized
o Excellent English communications skills, written and oral.
o Ability to work independently.
o Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.
o Experience in working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) – an advantage
o Experience with payment systems or and/or working at a Fintech company – an advantage.
- Quantitative and analytical orientation.
Preferred:
o Experience in working with Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA etc.
o Experience with Payments / Fintech
