Job Title: Task Order Manager/Project manager/IT Helpdesk

Location: Fort Leavenworth, KS

YSI is seeking a highly qualified Technical Project Manager. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

· The Task Order Manager will provide leadership and guidance to project team members

· Provide onsite helpdesk IT support to customers and clients

· Manage IT equipment and inventory

· Troubleshoot software and hardware issues

· Maintain software, managing updates and patches

· Manage SharePoint application and content

· Bachelors Degree Required, Master’s Degree preferred (Business Administration, Information Technology Management or relevant Computer Science Administration

· This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas*

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Maintain software, managing updates and patches: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Helpdesk IT support: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Sharepoint: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Task order management: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Manage IT equipment and inventory: 5 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
