BSA/AML Compliance Manager

Bilt Rewards is looking for an experienced compliance professional to join their team as a BSA/AML Compliance Manager, responsible for shaping compliance framework and ensuring payment processing systems' safety and soundness.

Skills

  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or similar certification
  • Experience in BSA/AML/OFAC matters
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Prioritization and organizational skills
  • Alert testing, tuning, and quality control/assurance experience

Responsibilities

  • Grow Bilt’s compliance function as needed to support business goals
  • Develop internal processes for managing compliance obligations
  • Manage oversight of transaction monitoring program for regulatory compliance
  • Identify and consult on compliance risks in expansion plans
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence strategic roadmap

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • AAP, APRP, or other related certifications are a bonus
