As a Sr Associate Buyer, your key responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms for MRO orders, processing purchase requisitions, generating purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. You will also support the implementation of new systems and engage in cost-saving initiatives.

To qualify for the Sr Associate Buyer role, you'll need at least a high school diploma or GED combined with 4 years of related experience, or an Associate degree with 2 years of experience. A Bachelor’s degree along with relevant work experience or a Master’s degree will also be considered. Experience with SAP is preferred.

Important skills for the Sr Associate Buyer role include excellent negotiation and communication abilities, proficiency in SAP for procurement tasks, strong supplier management skills, and familiarity with procurement reporting tools. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are also a plus.
