The job includes Owner’s representative type duties overseeing sitework and amenity construction, working with professional consultants and land development contractors, as well as communicating daily with cross functional teams. Emphasis will be placed on quality control, safety and ensuring schedules are followed and jobs are staying within allotted budgets. This role requires technical expertise, project leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
