Department Purpose
The Distributed Shared Service Center (DiSSC) is a dedicated resource for the College focusing on providing a full range of high quality and cost effective human resources, personnel and payroll services to the College community.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for processing payroll and personnel transactions for academic, staff and student employees in an assigned cluster(s), and provide assistance as needed to other Payroll Specialists within DiSSC, with the goal of delivering an exceptional and consistent customer service experience. This position will also coordinate all recruitment and hiring of graduate student and undergraduate student employees, including on-boarding and off-boarding, coordinating work-study and ensuring appropriate eligibility for positions.
