What is this position about?
As a Senior Marketing Scientist, you will be a strategic partner in transforming complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance and business growth. Leveraging your expertise in digital media analytics and data storytelling, you'll help optimize campaigns, forecast key metrics, and shape marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and major brands, turning data into impactful decisions that move the needle.
You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM or you can always join us at the office in Montevideo, Uruguay!
Interpret media and marketing performance data to generate insights that fuel business growth and strategic direction.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering subject matter expertise and data-driven recommendations to support their marketing goals.
Design and execute analytical solutions that evaluate campaign effectiveness and forecast key metrics such as impressions, clicks, and budget pacing.
Collaborate closely with data science teams to build models that enhance marketing performance and campaign planning.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders from marketing, product, and sales teams to align data strategies with broader business goals.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, deep-dive reports, and presentations that clearly communicate results and recommendations.
Analyze data across multiple digital channels—Search, Display, Social Media, Email, etc.—to detect trends, identify opportunities, and optimize strategies.
Oversee the creation and upkeep of marketing performance reports and serve as the main point of contact for analytics-related inquiries.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2–6 years of professional experience in marketing/media analytics or a related analytical role.
Proficiency working with data from platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360, DV360, Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Data Hub, Pinterest, Appsflyer, etc.
Experience analyzing web traffic and engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience handling large datasets using SQL or cloud-based data environments like Hadoop or AWS.
Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Exposure to solving business challenges across industries such as Retail, CPG, eCommerce, BFSI, Healthcare, and Hospitality.
Proven ability to distill complex data into clear insights that drive business value.
Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
