Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks such as creating mailing labels and coordinating maintenance requests
Oversee the reception area for employees and visitors
Manage office supply inventory
Set up workstations for new hires
Assist with desk relocations
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support organization of in-office meetings
Plan and execute small in-office celebrations
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in office administration preferred
