Responsibilities
Receive inbound phone calls to resolve issues with patients, doctors, and insurers
Provide patient care for pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams
Document all call information and data
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Participate in continued education on product changes
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
