We are backed by top-tier investors and looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help scale our business to new heights.
You will generate new leads and build a strong revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting.
You will master the art of networking, learning how to engage potential clients and establish meaningful relationships.
You will act as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring they understand the value of our solution and how it can help their business succeed.
You will research, identify, and qualify potential customers using various outreach methods (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
You will experiment with different sales strategies and iterate on best practices to maximize efficiency.
You will collaborate with account executives, marketing, and product teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
You will have clear career progression opportunities, with the ability to transition into an Account Executive, Sales Manager, or other leadership roles.

You have previous work experience in start-ups, scale-ups, or customer-facing roles (internships and working student roles count!).
Sales experience (even in a non-tech industry) is a plus but not required.
You are eager to learn and master outbound sales techniques.
No specific degree requiredâwhat matters most is your drive and ability to execute.
German (C2) and English (C1) language proficiency
