BLUEHAWK is seeking a highly motivated and skilled GEOINT Analyst to support critical intelligence missions by analyzing geospatial imagery and data, producing detailed assessments, and contributing to the development of actionable intelligence for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Imagery Analyst supporting geospatial intelligence missions.
  • Proficient in working with National Technical Means (NTM) sensors and capabilities, including Electro-Optical (EO), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Infrared (IR), and Multispectral Imaging (MSI).
  • Hands-on experience with motion imagery, civil/commercial sensors, and a strong understanding of tasking and collection protocols.
  • Familiarity with RemoteView, Orchestration Services (Cedalion), and/or Image Exploitation Capabilities (IEC).
  • Proven ability to identify military installations and conduct military infrastructure and order-of-battle (OOB) analysis.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and communication.
  • Knowledge of client-standard and non-standard reporting, such as Orchestration Services Insight and Update reports (Remark/GEOINT Notes) and Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) products.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or GED.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and foreign mission partners on shared intelligence issues.
  • Familiarity with NGA workflows, office structures, and production pipelines.
  • Experience with Structured Observation Management (SOM) tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
  • Possession of GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) – Fundamentals and Level II Imagery Analyst (IA) Certification.
  • Completion of a military service MOS, AFSC, or NOS-granting Imagery Analysis course or DoD equivalent training.
