Job Description: HRIS & People Operations SpecialistBlueprint Medicines is a global, fully integrated biopharmaceutical company that invents life-changing medicines. Leveraging our established research, development, and commercial capability and infrastructure, we now aim to significantly scale our impact by advancing a broad pipeline of programs ranging from early science to advanced clinical trials in mast cell diseases including SM and chronic urticaria, breast cancer and other solid tumors.Job Title: HRIS & People Operations Specialist (Contractor)Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid Schedule)Key Responsibilities:• Process requested employee data changes in the HRIS in a timely manner.• Troubleshoot system issues raised by employees and escalate to MSP if needed.• Support processes that are enabled by the HRIS such as benefits enrollments, compensation cycle, and onboarding/offboarding, etc.• Conduct audits of data both in system and as part of processes such as compliance reporting or payroll to ensure accuracy• Personnel Files: Collaborate and work with personnel file project team to audit and organize existing personnel files and employee documents.• Commuter Benefits Management: Process commuter benefit changes, actively audit eligibility in hrHUB, manage MBTA Employer portal and parking garage manager, distribute MBTA passes to new participants promptly, and coordinate with security desk to generate monthly imputed income reports for Payroll/Finance under the Daily Ticket parking program• Leave of Absence Management: Generate weekly Leave of Absence Status Report for HR and Payroll, coordinate LTD and ADA process, baby swag code distribution• Museum Pass Distribution: Order passes after annual budget cycle. Distribute passes to employees as requested, while tracking to ensure capped at maximum.• Assist with answering employee questions and escalate as needed.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Pay Transparency:The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.00 - 35.00 /hour.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).Why Blueprint?At Blueprint Medicines, we achieve impactful results because of our global crew of compassionate innovators – the Blue Crew.
