Ton équipe

Le Pôle Talent Acquisition est un pôle appartement à l’équipe RH. Aujourd’hui, le pôle RH est divisé en 2 sous-catégories : Talent Acquisition & People Operations, et comporte 4 personnes au total.


Tu appartiendras donc au pôle Talent Acquisition, en charge du recrutement de nos nouvelles pépites (CDI, CDD, alternance, stages, freelance) et du développement de notre marque employeur (réseaux sociaux, événements). Tu seras directement rattaché.e à Héloïse, Talent Acquisition Lead, et tu seras amené(e) à travailler avec l’ensemble des départements pour lesquels tu recrutes.



Ton rôle

En tant que Talent Acquisition & Campus Manager, tu auras un rôle clé dans notre organisation car tu seras responsable du recrutement de l’ensemble de nos stagiaires et de nos alternants pour la période Juin 2025 - Décembre 2025 ! Tu sers également responsable de l’organisation de plusieurs événements de recrutement au sein de nos écoles partenaires. 🤝

Tes objectifs se mesureront en de nombre de recrutements, en nombre d’événements écoles réussis (nombre d’étudiants recrutés suite à ces événements) et en taux de satisfaction suite à nos processus de recrutement.


Tes principales missions

1) Recrutement (65%)

- Gérer le processus de recrutement des stagiaires et alternants pour les différentes équipes de Choose (Sales, Ops, Marketing, …)

- Mettre en ligne les offres sur notre ATS (Lever) et sur nos jobboards partenaires (Welcome to the Jungle, JobTeaser…)

- Sélectionner les profils pertinents

- Conduire les premiers entretiens en vidéo

- Rédiger des comptes-rendus et sélectionner les candidat.e.s retenu.e.s.

- Coordonner les entretiens et accompagner les managers sur la suite du processus

- Faire les offres


2) Campus Management (35%)

- Développer notre stratégie de Campus management 🤩

- Réaliser une veille des événements organisés par les écoles (partenaires ou non) pour améliorer continuellement notre stratégie de recrutement !

- Organiser et participer à l’ensemble des événements écoles et forums de recrutement. 🎓

- Accompagner les managers sur la participation et le déroulement de ces forums de recrutement


Profil recherché

- D’une formation Bac +3/+5, tu bénéficies d’une première expérience réussie en recrutement, en campus management, ou en Ressources Humaines.

- Tu possèdes une véritable aisance relationnelle et d’excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite.

- Tu sais mener plusieurs projets de front et anticiper les besoins.

- Tu es extrêmement dynamique. Tu as envie d'avoir un stage responsabilisant où tu pourras t'investir sur plusieurs sujets à fort impact pour ton entreprise, et tu as de l'énergie à revendre pour y arriver ! ⚡

- Tu es attiré(e) par les métiers RH et tu as soif d’apprendre.


Déroulement des entretiens

- Échange de 45 minutes avec Héloïse, Lead Talent Acquisition.

- Échange de 45 minutes avec Marine, Head of People.

- Échange dans nos locaux avec Enora, People Ops Manager, et Alizée, Chief of Staff (45 minutes).
