About Blueprint
At Blueprint, we’re on a mission to empower therapists with world-class tools so they can focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional mental health care.
Our AI assistant is purpose-built for therapists, automating the administrative tasks that slow them down and enabling them to operate at the top of their license. With Blueprint, therapists aren’t just managing their work; they’re supported by tools that understand the context of each client interaction. Compared to legacy software tools, Blueprint feels more like having the world’s best executive assistant at your side.
Today, over 40,000 therapists use Blueprint to enhance care for hundreds of thousands of clients. We’ve found strong product-market fit and are scaling rapidly to meet demand.
Our organization is very flat and our team is intentionally small and talent-dense. We like people who are truthseekers, creative, and passionate about improving mental health care.
We’re a remote-first company (US and Canada only, for now) and come together in person a few times a year to connect, have fun, and help shape the future of mental health care.
Who we're looking for
Blueprint is growing fast, and with our recent success in executing a bottom-up, product-led growth strategy, we are seeking a software engineer to join our team and help us support customers and diagnose and troubleshoot problems when using the Blueprint platform.
What you’ll do
Why join Blueprint
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
At Blueprint, we're on the lookout for a passionate Software Engineer (Technical Support) to join our dynamic team. Our mission is all about empowering therapists with top-notch tools that let them focus on what truly matters—providing exceptional mental health care. As a Software Engineer at Blueprint, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our customers and diagnosing technical issues with our innovative platform. Your expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, combined with strong communication skills, will allow you to collaborate effectively with our customer support team and engineering colleagues. You’ll work with our JavaScript/TypeScript stack (think React, React Native, Express, and NestJS) and dig into troubleshooting customer support issues by examining logs and application code. If you're the type who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and has a curious disposition toward solving complex problems, we would love to hear from you. Not only will you be part of a noble mission to improve mental health care, but you'll also enjoy the perks of working remotely, alongside a tight-knit team that values creativity and critical thinking. Plus, our competitive salary and inclusive benefits package, including unlimited PTO, make it a pretty sweet deal. Join us at Blueprint, and let’s make a meaningful impact together!
