Find your future with us!Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK! This is a critical skill for one of Boeing’s fastest growing sites, Oklahoma City. In this position, you will be involved in the grassroots of new programs and delivering new capabilities to the war fighter.This position may be called upon to support any of the programs located at the Oklahoma City site including legacy bombers, command and control aircraft, as well as national and international executive aircraft.Position Responsibilities:• Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.• Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.• Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.• Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.• Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules. Identifies and provide reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team.• Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Shift Work:This position is for 1st shift.Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):• 1+ years of experience in collaborating and working across teams• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite• Experience with strong computing skills, excellent communication skills and being customer oriented.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): how many years?• 1+ years of experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment• 1+ years of experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, and baselines• 1+ years of experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role• 1+ years of experience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project (MS-Project) schedule applicationsTypical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
