Our team is responsible for infusing new technologies into the design and production system, as well as ensuring that new designs and our suppliers meet the applicable material and process requirements.Boeing is seeking a Product Security Engineer to join BR&T in either Hazelwood, MO or Arlington, VA to support cyber security research in the Artificial intelligence (AI) / Machine learning (ML) domain.We are looking for a broad range of experience, including Associate or Mid-Level Product Security Engineers.This position will focus on the development of advanced AI/ML technology, specifically applied to the domain of cyber security.The successful candidate will lead and support research projects aimed at developing new concepts and innovative approaches for the application of AI/ML. This position will contribute to the exploration and prototyping of AI/ML applications for Boeing's enterprise, addressing various challenges. The ideal candidate has expertise and interest in detecting cyber anomalies and attributing their impact to mission critical functionality to improve the Cyber Security posture of platforms. This position will be dedicated to ensuring successful technology transitions from the research environment to Boeing programs, as well a s to external customers.The nature of this role may take place in secure areas where cell phone use is not permitted.Position Responsibilities:• Develops, implements, and sustains product security and resiliency throughout the requirements, design, build, test, production, operations, and support lifecycle• Develops and enhances system requirements and architectures for product security to meet all applicable certification and customer requirements• Ensures security of facilities, equipment, tools, data, networks, and resources used for product: design, development, build, test, storage, delivery, operations, and support• Defines and identifies product security requirements for suppliers of components and subsystems for integration into Boeing products and services• Coordinates with governments, customers, suppliers, and industry to identify risks and improve industry and regulatory security standards and requirements for programs and interfacing systems• Conducts research and development activities resulting in innovative solutions• Advises customers on maintaining product securityThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry• Experience programming with C, C++, Python and/or shell scripts• Experience with so ftware development• Experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, models, and ensemblesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):• 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience• Graduate degree (MS, MSE, PhD) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computational Math, Data Science, or Electronic & Electrical Engineering, or similar degree• Active Top Secret Clearance• Experience with agile software development• Experience with developing software for real-time embedded systems• Experience demonstrating all aspects of software development lifecycle• Designing, constructing, and deploying AI/ML models for production applications• Strong understanding of ML algorithms and techniques including supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning• Strong experience with machine learning libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and PyTorchsci• Understand interfaces necessary to deploy ML models• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data pipeline development for AI/ML applications• Experience with DevSecOps (DSO) principles and tools• Familiarity with operating system design• Security focused coding experience• Experience in reverse engineering techniques at a system and component level• Prior work experience with anomaly detection or behavioral analytics• Prior work experience in model compression and/or model deployment using TensorflowLite or TorchScriptTypical Education/Experience:Associate Level (Level 2)E
