As a Senior Project and Construction Estimator - (Facilities Project Management Specialist), with our Global Real Estate and Facilities team, located in Ridley Park, PA; El Segundo, CA; Auburn, Everett, Renton; or Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Arlington, VA; North Charleston, SC; Dallas, TX; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Berkeley, or Hazelwood, MO. Position Responsibilities:
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine the scope of work
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges
• Research and obtain budgetary estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Prepare detailed cost estimates that include material costs, labor costs, equipment rentals, permits, and overhead
• Track and monitor project costs throughout the construction process
• Prepare cost reports and variance analyses to identify cost overruns and implement corrective actions
• Update Standard Estimating Tool for use by Project Managers at sites
• Develop and Lead estimating training for Project Managers and Planners at sites across the enterprise
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 5+ years of experience in project planning and coordination
• 5+ years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• 5+ years of experience in Material estimating
• 5+ years of experience preparing time, cost, and labor estimates
• 5+ years of experience with Estimates at Completion, Data Analysis, and/or Budgeting/Cost Performance Reporting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), architecture, or construction management
• Experience tracking and monitoring project costs throughout the construction process
• Experience with current construction methods, materials, and costs
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $107,950 – $156,400
