The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Windows Systems Administrator (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in Berkeley, MO or Saint Charles, MO.
Join us in creating a seamless ecosystem for logistics, manufacturing, and engineering. Your skills will be crucial in installing, configuring, and maintaining a secure network that supports all the tools and people involved in this mission.
But that's not all - this position directly supports our Air Dominance (AD), F-15, F-18, P8-A, Apache, Training Systems, Mission Systems, Phantom Works, F-22, or Flight Simulation programs. You'll be at the forefront of providing Enterprise capabilities in closed networks, including standard office, application development stacks, engineering workflows, vulnerability remediation, and much more.

Position Responsibilities:
• Performs system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture
• Provides problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems
• Provides support for the design, validation and configuration management of computing delivery systems
• Administers user’s system access and works to protect information to meet security requirements
• Monitors system performance to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planning
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Active CompTIA Security+ certified (or similar certification meeting DoD Directive 8570.01 Certification Requirements)
• 1+ years of experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems (Server 2016-2022 Windows 10)
• 1+ years of experience designing & implementing Windows Systems
• 1+ years of experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience with a broad range of basic systems and application support
• 3+ years of experience with maintaining/configuring Active Directory (AD) to include applying domain group policies
• 3+ years of experience with PowerShell and Linux scripts to enable consistent, high-quality integration of hardware assets
• 3+ years of experience with scripts to automate deployment and configuration of operating systems
• 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining multiple virtual servers based on Virtual Machine Ware (VMware)
• 3+ years of experience evaluating and effectively communicating complex system problems and resolution
• 3+ years of experience Integrating security solutions (McAfee, Splunk, Host Based Security System (HBSS), etc.) into information systems
Typical Education & Experience:
Associate (Level 2)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).
Mid-Level (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Associate: $68,850 – $93,150
Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $88,400 – $119,600
