WHAT IS YOUR ROLE 

As the People Experience Advocate, you will manage the day-to-day PX Operations of our biggest client and provide assistance to our most important asset: our people. These duties will include onboarding new hires, maintaining records, facilitating performance development programs and support with engagement activities. 

You will originate and lead HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Additionally, this position requires working side by side with other departments to ensure the best possible experience for all Team Members.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Conduct job offers and discuss pre boarding requirements with candidates.
  • Create, update, and maintain team members’ information in our systems. 
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding initiatives such as orientation, compliance courses, submission of pre boarding requirements, etc.
  • Respond to PX Helpdesk inquiries and concerns of team members assigned to you.
  • Provide necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports on labor, culture, and employment related topics. 
  • Assist with team member communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings.
  • Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. 
  • Helps in culture building particularly in embracing our Core Values and practicing on what a Boldr leader should be.
  • Ensure all internal changes effected by Management and PX are documented.
  • Assist with offboarding processes.
  • Other clerical and administrative tasks as required, are to be expected.
  • Provide any additional support required by TA, Office Operations and IT as needed.

YOU HAVE… 

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field 
  • 2-3 years experience in general HR or employee relations is desired
  • Experience using BambooHR or other human resources software is highly desirable 
  • Willingness to specialize in labor law and employee relations is desired
  • Intermediate skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications.
