Senior Product Designer

Bolt is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape their product strategy and ensure world-class features and products are released.

Skills

5+ years of experience designing digital products
Strong fundamentals in visual design and user experience
Ability to work in vague problem spaces and switch between high-level vision thinking and hands-on work
Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Figma and modern design frameworks
Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with various teams to solve problems for shoppers and merchants
Iterate on existing products and define new opportunity spaces
Partner with PMs to identify opportunities and execute user research initiatives
Design and develop elegant product flows and create prototypes to validate solutions
Elevate the role of design within the company and provide systems thinking to solve design problems at scale
