Graphic Designer

As the Graphic Designer at Bone Dry Roofing, you will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and effective design materials to support our marketing and branding initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to design marketing collateral, digital assets, and other visual materials that resonate with our target audience. This role is perfect for a passionate and creative individual looking to kick-start their career in graphic design. This role is fulltime onsite in Indianapolis. #LI-Onsite

• Create visually compelling graphics for various marketing channels, including print materials, digital ads, social media, website assets, email campaigns, and more.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional items that align with our brand guidelines and messaging.
• Produce digital assets for web and social media platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and infographics.
• Ensure all design materials maintain a consistent brand identity, including logo usage, color schemes, and typography.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives. Collaborate on creative concepts and ideas to effectively communicate our brand message.
• Edit and retouch photographs to enhance their visual appeal and align with our brand's style.
• Organize and maintain design files, assets, and resources to ensure accessibility and version control.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A creative and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for design.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Portfolio link showcasing previous design work and creativity ( required)
