Overview

Primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity. Responsible for providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Mixing and making mortar
  • Installing chase lids
  • Tuck pointing
  • Brick replacements
  • Minor roof and flashing repairs
  • Comprehending the basics of installing masonry work
  • Communicating with customer during project via text strings
  • Performing walk through with customer and collect payment as needed
  • Coaching, developing, and teaching Masonry Laborer to become Apprentice.
  • Continuing education in all aspects of Masonry to ensure understanding in the field.
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license in order to operate any company vehicles.
  • Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 100 lbs.


Qualifications
  • Five+ years mason experience required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check and submit to a drug screen
  • Daily travel in the home market
  • Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 100 lbs.
  • Must be able to use a ladder and work on roof tops at times
  • Military service a plus
