We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Recruiting team and support the recruiting process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the sourcing and screening of candidates, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Bone Dry opened in 1989 back when our Founder and CEO Gene Judd installed the first roofs himself. Fast forward 30 years later and we now have 17 offices across Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, Missouri, and Colorado.

• Assist with the sourcing and screening of candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records by updating and managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Communicate via email, text, and phone calls with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist with new hire orientation of new employees
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition/Retention Manager as needed
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication to candidates
• Assist with other projects and initiatives as assigned

• High School graduate
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software a plus
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Google suites, and PowerPoint
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Military Service a plus

• $38,500 to $48,000
