Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for managing overall employee life cycle query handling, grievance management and other activities.
Coordinating with HR Business Partners for various events & connects
Prepare employee list eligible for Rewards and Recognition and organize the rewarding events. MIS Preparation, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint/ Word). Service award & Exit coordination
Assist in organizing team building activities and any company celebrations.

Educational qualification:
Experience : 2 to 4 years
