Here, you'll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.About the role:This Senior Product Manager has global responsibility for AGENT™ Drug-Coated Balloon in Interventional Cardiology. The focus of this role is downstream marketing which includes development and implementation of go-to-market strategies, marketing messages, programs, and tactics to grow market share globally as well as product lifecycle management.The Senior Product Manager will be based out of our Maple Grove, MN location. This is a hybrid role with expectations of being on-site at least 3 days per week.Your responsibilities will include:• Lead global marketing strategy development and execute promotional tactics and sustaining initiatives for key product lines• Track product performance against objectives and plans, formulating new approaches and strategies as needed• Identify best practices to address key business challenges and opportunities• Digest relevant clinical evidence and create strategic and educational messaging• Assess and make recommendations about product lifecycle based on regional inputs and needs• Monitor competitive activity and collaborate with R&D on competitive assessments• Update and create marketing collateral and materials in partnership with marketing communications• Partner with supply chain and regional marketing on forecasting and inventory management• Collaborate with internal functions, including regional marketing, upstream marketing, program management, medical education and sales teams on marketing programs and company initiatives impacting the product portfolio• Represent the company at tradeshows, customer events, and account visits• Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to understand product performance and future opportunities• Contribute to the development of an annual departmental budget by forecasting future needs, utilizing marketing objectives and budget guidelines.• Exhibit professionalism to help foster an open, challenging, stimulating and positive environment to enable colleagues to be their bestRequired qualifications:• Bachelor's degree• 5+ years of professional experience• 3+ years of experience in product marketing• Demonstrated success managing complex projects• Ability to travel up to 20% (international included)Preferred qualifications:• Advanced degree (Masters, MBA)• Medical device industry experienceRequisition ID: 592970As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
