Conduct strategic analysis and provide insights to the sales team to support business growth.
Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales operations.
Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and implement sales strategies and processes.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations for optimizing sales processes and increasing efficiency.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track sales performance and provide actionable insights.
Identify and proactively address potential roadblocks or challenges in achieving sales targets.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales operations.

Manage and maintain CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data.
