Position Summary

Bottling line labor; assists with bottling, packaging, and the assembly of bottle tops.
Oversees the site quality control and R&D for cooking, distilling, blending and packaging operations. Ensures all product quality, including new make, aging product and finished goods, meet expectation.
Leads the blending functions. Also assists in the cooking, distillation, barreling, transportation, warehousing and harvesting of whiskey barrels; cleaning, sanitation and maintenance of distillery equipment as needed.
Oversees the daily distillation and blending process, including the accuracy of operational inputs in the Company ERP; ensures coordination of scheduling with entire distilling team.
Assists with the grain handling, barreling, harvesting, transportation, and warehousing of whiskey barrels and qrains and materials: assist with warehouse duties as required to keep the business covered.
Oversees all operational and strategic activities of the company including the distillation, barreling, bottling line, sourcing, procurement, logistics, scheduling and grounds functions of the Company.
Oversees the finished goods warehouse; coordinates with distributor to ensure timely purchase order turn arounds and shipment efficiencies accurately sends shipment reports/information to team and uploads into ERP.
Oversees all IT & OT systems including manufacturing computer systems and security systems.
Provides site quality control assistance and performs detailed sensory analysis to ensure continuity of product taste profile.
Shipping and Receiving duties for all incoming and outgoing loads. Manages materials and full cases of finished goods for bottling line. Inventory control for warehouse materials.
Provides mechanical and electrical support for repairs and maintenance of Company's manufacturing equipment.
Oversees all grounds employees; in charge of the Company facilities and grounds maintenance including the golf course.
Oversees daily bottling activities and employees; provides scheduling and management during bottling line shifts and bottle cap making shifts
