Responsibilities

Analyse and reproduce issues within products
Define configuration and code solutions
Deliver high-quality technical directives
Resolve or escalate cases using ITIL procedures
Track and update cases in ITSM management system
Communicate with internal and external teams
Manage multiple cases in parallel
Participate in 24/7 OnCall rota

Education

University Degree in IT or equivalent
ITIL 4 foundation certification preferred
