As the Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will develop and lead end-to-end lifecycle programs (email, push, in-app) to engage customers at every step of their journey post-purchase. You will create effective campaigns that delight and educate customers, drive feature adoption, generate referrals, and drive expansion in key accounts... You will scale lifecycle marketing and partner with cross-functional teams in Product Marketing, Content, Customer Experience, and more, to help customers increase their ROI with Boulevard.
What You’ll Do Here:
• Develop multi-channel lifecycle strategies, encompassing onboarding, engagement, retention, and upsell initiatives
• Own the development and execution of targeted, personalized marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey
• Leverage marketing automation tools (Customer.io and Chameleon), segmentation, and data analysis to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data and insights to optimize campaigns, segmentation, content, messaging, and more.
• Partner with our Content, Education, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to drive customer engagement, product education, feature adoption, account expansion and referrals.
• Partner with our Marketing and Communication teams to create beautiful on-brand campaigns.
What You’ll Need To Thrive:
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for making our customers wildly successful
• Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, writing, and analytical skills
• A solid balance of attention to detail and strategic thinking
• Experience with marketing automation, tracking, and reporting
• The ability to analyze data and understand the what and why behind it
• Proven success with reporting and optimizing campaign KPIs and hitting goals/OKRs
• 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably as part of a marketing team at a SaaS or technology company
• Able to effectively switch between strategic and tactical environments within a fast-paced organization
• Familiarity with Salesforce and ESP preferred
• Expertise using marketing automation and analytics tools
• Solid program management experience
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems
How we'll take care of you:
Your total budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $125,000 and $180,000 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement
