Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect for a 4+ months contract opportunity. This role requires the candidate to be onsite in Phoenix, AZ.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions, and will lead client-facing discussions, reviews, and project implementations.


• At least 5 years of experience at the Architect level leading client-facing discussions and reviews of

• ServiceNow in the areas of ITxM (ITSM, ITAM), CMDB, Procurement, Request Management

• Workflows/flows with ServiceNow applications

• Lead at least a couple of Implementation projects in different ServiceNow modules including Scoped applications and 1 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow

• Must have experience in integrating ServiceNow with other 3rd party systems

• Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements

• Facilitate requirements review and validation workshops and provide technical information required for successful delivery

• Lead the offshore development team

• Should be able to decide what is the right level of detail in low level design

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and administration, including scripting (JavaScript), workflows/flows, and integrations

• ServiceNow Architect: 8 years (Required)

• Integrations: 5 years (Required)

• ITSM, ITAM and CMDB: 3 years (Required)
