Senior Security and Compliance Analyst, Supplier Trust

Box is looking for a Senior Security & Compliance Analyst to lead efforts in identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks related to the third-party ecosystem, ensuring secure, compliant suppliers. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

Experience in Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) or Audit.
Understanding of security and compliance certifications and frameworks.
Knowledge of SaaS/Cloud production environments and Third Party Information Security challenges.
Familiarity with TPRM tools and data analytics solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver third-party risk assessments of Box's vendors.
Interact with vendors and internal stakeholders for security and compliance reviews.
Review technical architecture diagrams, data flows, and system integration details.
Manage and administer tools for supplier security and compliance reviews.
Respond to security assessments and inquiries related to Third Party Risk Management.
Propose and drive strategic improvements for business outcomes.
