Associate Account Executive, Celebrity & Influencer Relations

SolComms, an award-winning, fast-growing, high-energy PR agency, is looking for a creative and dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager. We're an integrated agency for startups and scale-ups at the intersection of corporate and consumer. SolComms selectively partners with companies who have a point of view from both a brand and executive level - that’s our sweet spot. Our work turns brands into media darlings and founders into thought leaders across healthcare, tech, lifestyle, and more.We launched in April 2023 and have 30+ clients and 20+ employees. Here's what you'll do:• Develop and execute celebrity and influencer proposals/strategies for wellness, beauty, and CPG brands.• Own organic outreach and seedings and paid content opportunities, including but not limited to ad-hoc content creation, brand ambassadorship, and campaign casting for clients.• Communicate directly with client and internal account teams.• Foster existing and develop new relationships with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists, and assistants.• Maintain an ongoing awareness of trends in the social media landscape and identify new celebrity and influencer partnership opportunities.• Create and compile influencer lists, product send-outs, and draft creative campaign briefs.• Manage and develop contract negotiations.• Manage metric tracking and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly bias.Here's what you'll get:• Salary range: $70-90k• Annual bonuses; monthly commissions for new business you sign• 100 percent healthcare, dental, and vision coverage• Unlimited PTO• Mentorship: we firmly believe in the importance of taking time to connect outside of daily tasks to help build and grow our team - both personally and professionally.
