Job Summary

 

As an ISC representative responsibilities are to receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to possible customers interested in receiving a quote to replace windows or doors in a residential property.  Provide world class customer service and ensure detailed and accurate quote appointments are placed on Sales Team calendar.   

 

Job Duties

 

Below is a summary of the primary essential job duties of this position:


·               Serve as the main point of contact for inbound calls from homeowners seeking our services, providing friendly and          professional assistance.

·               Make outbound calls to customer from internal database (No cold calls).

·               Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

·               Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers.

·               Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

·               1 year of customer service, call center, or sales experience; or willing to learn necessary skills to achieve daily targets

·               Basic computer skills

·               Reliable transportation

 

Compensation / Benefits

·               Hourly pay up to $21/hr + Bonus.

·               Full time/Part Time

·               Full time employees will be able to qualify for health, dental, and vision insurance after 3 months from start date, PTO, and paid holidays

Skills & Abilities


Typing skills with high number of WPM.

Ability to engage with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.



Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

 

         Work is on-site in an office setting.

        Approximately 90% of work time sitting and speaking with others over the phone or working at a desk and/or computer.

        The noise level is moderate for a service center environment.

        Must be able to work at least one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday).




$18 - $18 an hour
